Didn't like anything, except friendly staff.

Good intentions, flawed execution

The hotel features friendly staff and the breakfast variety was impressive! ! Everything felt clean and well-kept, especially the rooms which smelled of fresh cleaning supplies.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with hot water and both elevators were out of service, making my stay less comfortable than expected.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the

cleanliness of our room left much to be desired. Upon entering, we found crumbs on the floor, hair in the beds, and an unclean bathroom. It was disappointing, especially after receiving great service at the front desk.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! The pool was refreshing and I loved relaxing by the fire pit in the evening. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Staying at this hotel was a great experience for our family! We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of options. Plus, we found awesome outdoor activities around, like mountain biking nearby, which was a hit with our two teenagers.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use better supervision during peak hours for safety.

The La Quinta provided a clean and comfortable environment for my business trip. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, quickly assisting with any requests I had. The absence of carpeting in the room made for a fresh atmosphere, which I appreciated greatly. Additionally, the location was convenient for my meetings, enhancing the overall experience.

The King Room was clean and really spacious, which I appreciated. The lack of carpeting made it feel fresh, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the little fridge and microwave too. Only downside was the shower had some mold, which I spotted when I was checking out. Otherwise, it was a pretty good stay.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. Elevator was out of service which made moving around inconvenient. Room had all necessary amenities including a fridge and microwave.

Upon entering, I noticed a musty odor that seemed masked by air fresheners. The bathroom appeared lacking in thorough cleaning, with noticeable shoe prints on the toilet lid. Additionally, common areas, such as by the ice machine, had trash lingering around, suggesting that cleanliness could use some attention.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast was very good with waffles, breakfast tacos, eggs, and sausage, and we appreciated the 24-hour coffee station in the lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make my valentine's day nice. Having stayed in schertz before, i can say this visit exceeded my expectations.
